Common Names: Looking Glass Begonia

Latin Name: Begonia grandis ‘Looking Glass’

Looking Glass Begonia has unique foliage with serrate margins and a gorgeous dark green midrib against an almost iridescent silvery coloring which is accented by its red shading on the underleaf. This plant can grow from 2 up to 4 feet tall and will make any room in your house pop with color. If you want more not only can it be propagated by stem cutting in water or soil but you can be propagated by a mature leaf cutting. Although this plant has many amazing features be sure to keep it away from small children and pets as it contains Soluble Calcium Oxalates which can cause irritation to the mouth and vomiting when ingested.
